Rescheduling
To all our staff, friends, clients, ticket holders and talent-
I hope this message finds you in good spirits. It is with a heavy heart that I reach out to you today regarding the Spirits of Christmas event. After much deliberation and with deep regret, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule the event to April 18th-21st, 2025.
This decision has not come easily. Our team has been dedicated to creating a magical experience for our community, but we are currently facing unprecedented challenges in-house and due to a significant outbreak of illness, we find ourselves with only two healthy staff members remaining. Additionally, we have experienced a complete loss of our volunteer base, many of whom are battling pneumonia and COVID-19. The health and safety of our team and attendees must come first, and we cannot move forward under these circumstances.
We understand how much the Spirits of Christmas means to you and your loved ones. Jackson is a cherished City that brings joy, connection, and warmth to our families during the holiday season. We share in your disappointment and truly wish we could proceed as planned. However, we believe that taking this time to regroup, hire additional staff, and ensure proper training will allow us to deliver the high-quality experience you deserve.
In the coming weeks, we will be reaching out to ticket holders with new proposals and options regarding the rescheduled dates. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in this beloved event, and we appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time.
Thank you for your patience and compassion as we navigate these difficulties. We are committed to making the Spirits of Christmas a memorable celebration in April 2025, and we look forward to reuniting with all of you then.
